2010 ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
LA CHAINE DES ROTISSEURS DE NOUVELLE ZELANDE

PROGRAMME

FRIDAY 6TH AUGUST 2010
You will be met at the airport and transported to your hotel.
Time to relax and take in some of the beauty of central Christchurch.

 4.00pm till 5.00pm
Cocktails and a tour of the city by Double-decker bus

 7.00pm
Pre-dinner drinks at the Hotel SO

8.00pm
Dinner at the Hotel SO. Under the guidance of Chef Kylie Hahn. Tidy casual dress please. Regalia to be worn. 

After dinner, for those with the energy,  there is plenty of night life in central Christchurch to enjoy.

SATURDAY 7TH AUGUST 2010
9.00am
Breakfast at the Hotel SO

10.30am
A pleasant morning spent at the Arts Centre “market day” with a tour through the Arts Centre, The Museum and Art Gallery are close by with a variety of establishments to enjoy lunch.

2.00pm
The Annual General Assembly of La Chaine des Rotisseurs de Nouvelle Zelande will convene at the Christchurch Club.
This will be followed in an informal gathering and cash bar will operate.

Ladies you have not been forgotten.
You will be transported to the Gondola and then taken to the top where you will enjoy magnificent panoramic views out over the city and the Alps, enjoy afternoon tea before returning to the Christchurch Club.

6.00pm
A Powhiri will be extended to all members by the Kotane Maori Cultural Group

6.30pm
Pre-dinner drinks at the Christchurch Club.

7.00pm
Intronisation

8.00pm
Black Tie Dinner. Regalia to be worn.
Welcome by the Bailli Delegue de Nouvelle Zelande and the Bailli de Christchurch.
Dinner under the guidance of Chef Phillip Inwood. Twice Chef of the Nation.

SUNDAY 8TH AUGUST 2010
Breakfast at your leisure at your hotel.

10.00am
Assemble at Hotel SO from where you will be taken to a local vineyard to enjoy local produce and wine over a leisurely lunch.

It is now time to say “Haere Ra”.
You will now be transported to the airport for your journey home.
